SINGLE GOLF – FOR ONE GOLFING MEMBER
This membership entitles one to 7 days advance tee times, free green fees and a reduced cart rate ($20 per person + tax), bag storage, locker and handicap service. It allows one to participate in all club golf functions and associations, also entitles the member to the use of the Clubhouse facilities, access to the tennis courts and aquatic center paying guest rates, and participation in all social events.

FAMILY GOLF- FOR HUSBAND, WIFE AND CHILDREN UNDER 21 LIVING AT HOME
This membership entitles the family to 7 days advance tee times, free green fees and a reduced cart rate ($20 per person + tax), bag storage, locker and handicap service. It allows the family to participate in all club golf functions and associations, also entitles the member to the use of the Clubhouse facilities, access to the tennis courts and aquatic center paying guest rates, and participation in all social events.

EXECUTIVE SPORTS
(TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS CATEGORY, A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.)
This membership is for someone under 55 years old. It entitles the member to 5 days advance tee times, preferred golf rates (includes cart and green fee) of $20.00 weekdays - and $25.00 weekends and holidays from May 1 thru October 31, $25.00 weekdays - $30.00 weekends and holidays from November 1 thru April 30. Other amenities include: locker rental ($60.00), bag storage ($120.00), or handicap service ($75.00). It allows the member to participate in all club golf functions and associations; also entitles the member to use of the Clubhouse facilities, access to the tennis courts and aquatic center paying guest rates, and participation in all social events. There are a limited number of memberships available in this category.

SEASONAL GOLF – SINGLE / HUSBAND & WIFE AVAILABLE
This membership entitles one to 7 days advance tee times, free green fees and a reduced cart rate ($20 per person + tax), bag storage, locker and handicap service. Membership can be purchased for one to six consecutive months. It allows one to participate in all club golf functions and associations, also entitles the member to the use of the Clubhouse facilities, access to the tennis courts and aquatic center paying guest rates, and participation in all social events.

JUNIOR GOLF- FOR ONE GOLFING MEMBER UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
(TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS CATEGORY, A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.)
This membership is for someone under 18 years old. This membership entitles the junior to 7 day advance tee times, free green fees and a reduced cart rate ($20 per person + tax), bag storage, locker and handicap service. Junior members may participate in all golf functions and may use all the Clubhouse facilities. Junior golf members have the following restrictions that must be adhered to at all times.

• If under 12 years of age, they must be accompanied by an adult when playing.
• Must pass a 9 hole etiquette and course management test accompanied by a Miami Shores PGA Pro.
• May walk weekdays after 2:00 PM .
• May walk weekends after 3:00 PM .
• All Junior Golf members must allow cart players through when playing on the golf course.

CORPORATE GOLF
This membership entitles the corporation to 4 free green fees, 4 reduced cart rates ($20 per person plus tax) daily, 4 bag storage, locker and handicap service. It allows the corporation's guests to participate in all club golf functions, also entitles the corporation's guests to the use of the Clubhouse facilities, access to the tennis courts and aquatic center paying guest rates, and participation in all social events. The corporation will receive four membership cards that are transferable (issued in the Company's Name). The cards may be given to clients, employees or friends of the business and allows your company up to four rounds per day, seven days a week. The Corporate Membership must be paid with a Company or Corporate check.

DRIVING RANGE PLAN
The driving range membership is an annual membership that is available to all golf members. This membership entitles the member to unlimited range balls.

SINGLE TENNIS ONLY - FOR ONE TENNIS PLAYER
This membership allows member to reserve tennis courts 6 days in advance. Member can schedule 2 hours for singles, 2 hours for doubles. Member may participate in all club tennis functions and belong to tennis associations. Member may bring guests at a $10.00 per person court fee for either the AM or PM sessions.

SINGLE TENNIS /SOCIAL - FOR ONE TENNIS PLAYER
This membership allows member to reserve tennis courts 6 days in advance. Member can schedule 2 hours for singles, 2 hours for doubles. Member may participate in all club tennis functions and belong to tennis associations. Member may bring guests at a $10.00 per person court fee for either the AM or PM sessions. Also entitles member to use of all Clubhouse facilities and participation in all social events, 30% discount off posted Golf rates, 10% discount on all Pro Shop services, and access to the aquatic center paying guest rates.

TENNIS FAMILY/ SOCIAL – HUSBAND, WIFE AND CHILDREN UNDER 21 LIVING AT HOME
This membership allows family members to reserve tennis courts 6 days in advance. Member can schedule 2 hours for singles, 2 hours for doubles. Member may participate in all club tennis functions and belong to tennis associations. Member may bring guests at a $10.00 per person court fee for either the AM or PM sessions. Also entitles the member to the use of all clubhouse facilities and participation in all social events, 30% discount off posted golf rates, and a 10% discount on all Pro Shop services, and access to the aquatic center paying guest rates.

JUNIOR TENNIS ONLY– ONE TENNIS PLAYER UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

This membership is for someone under 18 years old. The Junior Tennis Member may schedule only hard courts in advance during daylight hours only. Member may participate in all club tennis functions and belong to tennis associations. Member may bring guests at a $10.00 per person court fee for either the AM or PM sessions.

CORPORATE TENNIS
This tennis membership includes: corporate members to reserve tennis courts 6 days in advance. Members can schedule 2 hour for singles and 2 hours for doubles. The Corporation will receive four membership cards that are transferable (issued in company's name). The cards may be given to clients, employees, or friends of the business. The membership must be paid with a corporate check.

TEAM TENNIS ONLY
This membership allows member to participate in league play. All club tennis functions, court fees, and reservation rights are not included in this membership. Guest fees will apply at $10.00 per person for either the AM or PM session.

MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
